Project Overview
The N.C. 9 Hurricane Helene Repair project will repair damage to N.C. 9 from U.S. 74A (Bat Cave) to the Buncombe County line. The project is divided into 7 sites that require a combination of grading, drainage, paving, slope stabilization, and retaining walls. Right of way acquisition and construction are scheduled for 2025.
